I have been trying lot but still could not find the solution

5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29

INPUT video ntsc 29.97 sd

need an output pal 25 sd


INPUT playback is having something like interlacing as per above frame ie every of the following frames
6th 11th 16th 21st 26th

playback also jitter and jerking during vertical and horizontol move ment


I really need your kind advices to solve this problems....

This is a simple way to convert film to NTSC.
Looks like you need to skip every 5th frame.
Unfortunately that isn’t possible in Deinterlacer currently.
I am writing a utility for precisely this purpose (someone else needs to skip every 25th frame).
I you could provide a small test movie I can try to include your case.
Is this about a single movie or a whole batch?
