Persistent error at startup

Persistent error at startup

Postby iomanoid » 08 Oct 2009, 12:32

Hi, trying to run JVC on a new installation of Snow Leopard.

Every time I start up the program, it pops up an error box:

"One or more saved settings were invalid and had to be corrected"

(it does seem to be saving preference adjustments OK though)

For the record, I do have the Quicktime 7 subsystem installed as well as Quicktime X.

Any way I can stop this from happening each time?

Every time I start up the program, it pops up an error box:

"One or more saved settings were invalid and had to be corrected"

This is a harmless problem. It shouldn't happen though.
If you mail me a plist I could try starting up with that plist and see if I can reproduce it here.

It's a completely fresh install, so the default plist is being created by the program to start off with. I can only assume it's some Snow Leopard issue?

I realise it's only a minor niggle... I just do like to run a tight ship ;)

After the first succesful project the warning should no longer appear.
If it still happens you can mail me that plist.
